The theme for the December hop is Keep a Contented Heart. Gretchen Rubin's Chapter titled "Keep a Contented Heart" in her "The Happiness Project" has four strategies to achieving a contented heart: 1. Laugh Out Loud; 2. Use Good Manners; 3. Give Positive Reviews; and 4. Find an Area of Refuge.
Because I have been busy this month with December things including Christmas preparations, a big party, and my December Daily and Project Life albums - both of these scrapbooking projects are helping to keep my heart light; so to keep things simple and easy and light, I am going to respond to these 4 happiness strategies in pictures and scrapbook pages:
1. LAUGH OUT LOUD

3. GIVE POSITIVE REVIEWS
4. FIND AN AREA OF REFUGE
